The top one is a blurred relay start and the one on the bottom is a panned blur of a backstroke start. The shutter speed was at 1/10 of a second.
These were at a faster shutter speed, 1/20 of a second, so that only the arms would be blurry.
This is of my sister playing the piano. Her image became a ghost and the exposure was 1 second long.
I put the camera on timer and set the shutter speed to 1 second. Then I went and rolled the ball to my sister.
